Terry McDaniel, general contractor and owner, has over 30 years of experience and personally oversees every project.  Our talented team takes great pride in their work and is always mindful of safety, efficiency and collaboration to bring our client’s vision to life.  

We are intent on providing the highest quality of craftsmanship at the best price and with the most personal service. We bring together a select team of professionals, subcontractors and suppliers with a proven track record of helping us deliver our projects on time and within budget.  We are able to provide a seamless process along with the benefit of genuine camaraderie amongst all the craftsman on site which is evidenced by their teamwork. 

We strive to offer a range of creative options and cost effective solutions to address the individual needs of each client.  We believe that a continual open dialogue with our clients is paramount.  By providing expert project management, we help our clients understand the construction process, sequencing of the work and keep them well informed every step of the way. Our goal is to exceed all expectations and elevate the entire experience.
